How our service can help you
Our community Mental Health Team for older adults (Southwark) provides
community-based assessment, treatment and care for people aged over 65
who have mental health problems and younger people with a diagnosis of dementia.
We are a team of psychiatrists, psychological therapists, mental
health nurses, social workers and occupational therapists who specialise
in older adult mental health care. We help people to maintain their
health and to live as independently as possible in their community.
