How our service can help you
Home Treatment Team (Lewisham) is for people, aged 18-65, with severe
mental illness, who would benefit from assessment, treatment and care at
home as an alternative to in hospital. We provide care for people who
live in the London Borough of Lewisham.
Our service brings together different health and social care
professionals, including nurses, social workers psychiatrists and
psychological therapists. We also work closely with patients, their
carers, GPs, local day care centres and housing providers as required.
