How our service can help you
The Integrated Community Mental Health Team is a service providingcare
and treatment for service users with severe mental health difficulties,
including but not limited to psychotic illnesses, mood and personality
disorders, and other co-morbid disorders.
We are a multi-disciplinary service with range of professionals
including social workers, nurses, doctors, psychologist occupational
therapists and specialist workers providing employment support, benefits
advice and social inclusion. We provides a broad range of medical,
psychological and social treatments and interventions.
We works close with acute and crisis service, and mental health
services in primary care to ensure that service uses receive the right
care at the right time.
The service is provided in alliance with Bromley Lewisham and Greenwich
MIND, Lewisham Adult Social Care, One Health Lewisham and Lewisham
Clinical Commissioning Group. This is currently a pilot service which
will evaluate mental health interventions in secondary care with a view
to extending this model of service provision across Lewisham.
