The Maternity and Perinatal Mental Health Service (St Thomas' Hospital)
is a service we run in partnership with Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation
NHS Trust.
Our team provides pre-conception advice, as well as specialist
assessment, care and treatment for pregnant and postnatal women, who
have current or previous severe mental health problems.
We work with and advise a range of services and agencies, including
general adult mental health services, child and adolescent mental health
services (CAMHS), social services for children and families, maternity
services, health visitors and GPs.
