**Offering remote assessments and consultations via video or phone call due to Covid**

The Croydon Memory Service is based in Heavers Resource Centre. We provide early assessment, treatment and care for people over the age of 18 who have memory problems that may be associated with dementia.

We help people with the first sign of memory problems to maintain their health and their independence.

  • Disabled Access: Appointments are usually carried out in clinic, on the ground floor with full wheelchair access. Home visits are possible for clients who are housebound.
