We offer week-long work experience placements throughout the year for young people aged between 16 and 18 in full time education. Shri, who completed her work experience with us in October 2023, has written this blog about her placement. 

To round off the Stoptober campaign, we are sharing three more stories. This time, we hear from Patrick, Martin and Richard about what it's like to support people to quit and what it feels like to do so yourself. 

Our Smokefree Team supports staff and services users to quit smoking and feel the benefits. To encourage and inspire those who might be considering giving up, two service users, Daniel and Jay, have shared their stories here.
