Electrical outage at Ladywell Unit now resolved
Over the weekend the Ladywell Unit at University Hospital Lewisham experienced a significant electrical outage and power has now been restored. We are working with Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, who own and manage the site, to understand what caused the power outage and what lessons can be learned.
Ensuring the safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority and we would like to thank all of our staff who worked tirelessly to deliver ongoing care to our patients while the issue was addressed.
