Mending Minds: Bitesize series launches on Instagram
This week we are launching our new bitesize series called ‘Mending Minds’ on our Instagram page through Reels. Reels allows Instagram users to create engaging and short videos to a large audience.
The series aims to share quick and easy informative content to support patients, family, friends and carers. The first Reel is with Dr Lorraine Gordon, Consultant Counselling Psychologist and Head of Psychology and Therapy in the Southwark directorate.
Dr Gordon will be answering a range of questions on depression including symptoms and how family and friends can support loved ones with depression.
