A new study led by the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) at King’s College London and using South London and Maudsley patient data has demonstrated the potential of an AI tool developed to predict the health trajectory of patients by forecasting future disorders, symptoms, medications and procedures.

A major review commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care and led by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Policy Research Unit in Mental Health (MHPRU) has explored evidence for peer support in mental health.

We delighted to announce that the Trust’s Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA) programme has been shortlisted for Improving Medicines Management and Pharmacy through Digital at the 2024 HSJ Digital Awards, recognising innovative digital projects transforming care delivery, enhance efficiency, and improve patient outcomes.
