What we can help with

PAIRS one-to-one
We offer one-to-one sessions for parents/caregivers where we get to know each other and spend some time interacting with your baby or toddler. We will talk about your experiences, your hopes and day to day life.
We also get to know you and your child by watching you play together, thinking about how your child tries to communicate with you and behaves, and how you respond. You will also have a chance to discuss your experiences and what you and your baby need.
Sessions can take place at your home, at a children's centre, or other venue where you feel comfortable.
Together Time Groups
Together Time is a group for families with babies between three and eight months old.
It is a safe space for you to be with your baby, to explore and understand your relationship, and to share feelings and experiences with other parents.
The group runs over six sessions. Each session lasts for one and a half hours. Six to eight other parents and their babies will be in the group.
