About
James Lowell joined us as Chief Operating Officer in January 2021. James has worked in a range of director-level roles within the NHS and has over 24 years’ experience of working in health, most recently leading the co-ordination of the Kent and Medway system recovery from Wave 1 of the Covid-19 pandemic.
His previous roles include Director of System Transformation for the Medway and Swale Integrated Care Partnership and Director of Planning and Partnerships at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. He has also managed clinical and patient support services at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
