Bespoke and tailored training

Rather than attend one of the open courses advertised in our prospectus, you may find it more beneficial for training to be provided to your whole team so that you can work through your specific needs and challenges. We can provide, adapt and tailor any of our courses so that they can be provided in-house in order to best meet your organisational and team needs.

We can also create new learning and development programmes on other topics relating to the support of adults with learning disabilities and additional mental health needs and on topics relating to the management of teams involved in their care and support.

When tailoring or designing new courses to deliver in-house to your and your team we will work closely with you to best understand your specific needs and most effective mode of learning - whether that be training courses, workshops, seminars or the development of educational and learning materials.

All our courses can be delivered online or in person, whether that be in your organisation or in one of our Estia Centre training venues.
